Photoshop: Smooth (Long-Exposure) Waterfall Effect

This is a very easy tutorial showing how to give a waterfall the smooth texture you would get by using a long exposure when taking the picture. The technique takes just a minute to complete and gives you a very professional, realistic result. You can use the technique on just about any waterfall there is, and anybody can do this!
